Taylor Stuckey Appointed Chair of Stites & Harbison’s Trusts & Estates Service Group
LEXINGTON, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney Taylor J. Stuckey has been appointed Chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Service Group. Stuckey succeeds Richard M. Wehrle, who has served as the group chair for 10 years. Both Wehrle and Stuckey will continue their diverse legal practices in trusts and estates.

Stuckey is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the Lexington and Louisville, Ky., offices. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning and elder law. Stuckey also represents clients in charitable and nonprofit organization matters, business income tax planning and business formation. He is a certified public accountant.
Within Stites & Harbison, Stuckey also serves on the Lexington Office Recruiting Committee and the Retirement Plan Committee.
