Nina Maja is an attorney in the Atlanta office who counsels and defends clients in all areas of labor and employment law. Her practice focuses primarily on employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenants and related tort and contract law.
Nina Maja also has significant experience in business immigration and immigration compliance. She has helped companies of all sizes and across industries obtain non-immigrant and immigrant visas for prospective foreign employees, including H-1B Specialty Occupation visas, L-1 Intra-Company Transferee visas, J-1 Trainee visas, O-1 Extraordinary Ability visas, and employment-based green cards. She also counsels employers on I-9 and E-Verify compliance and other immigration-related issues.
