Community Involvement
A practicing attorney for more than 30 years, Jeff King focuses on real estate projects. He represents commercial and residential real estate developers, builders and lending institutions in the acquisition, development and finance of projects. He also assists in the purchase, sale and leasing of property. He was named to the Nashville Business Journal's Best of the Bar in 2005, 2006 and 2008 and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® (2007-2012) for Land Use & Zoning Law and Real Estate Law. Jeff is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Before Stites & Harbison
Mr. King served as Law Clerk for the Presiding Justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court and was active with a law firm in Vicksburg, Miss. In 1985, he joined the Nashville firm of Farris, Warfield & Kanady.
More than Stites & Harbison
Civic and community involvement has centered on the boards of United Way, Crimestoppers and Friends of Radnor Lake. Mr. King also provides legal counsel to The Nature Conservancy on the purchase and sale of real estate in Tennessee. He's a member of First Presbyterian Church where he has served as deacon and chairman of the personnel committee.

He loves the outdoors and you can often find him hiking, fishing, gardening or taking adventure-related travels. Jeff also enjoys reading.
