NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Johnathan D. Burnley to the firm’s Nashville and Franklin, Tenn., offices. He joins the Business Litigation Service Group. His practice will focus on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, employment law and general business litigation.

Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Burnley was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Jon A. York (2020-21) and the Hon. J. Daniel Breen (2019-20), with the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Burnley earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2019.
