Stites & Harbison Grows Atlanta Office with Addition of David Adams

ATLANTA—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney David W. Adams to its Atlanta office. Adams joins the firm as a Member (Partner) in the Real Estate and Banking & Finance Service Groups.

David Adams represents local and regional financial institutions and companies with loans, special assets, regulatory compliance, and securities law. Adams’ experience includes hundreds of new credit transactions, more than 70 completed mergers and acquisitions, financial institution regulatory compliance, equity and debt offerings, and federal securities laws registration and exemptions.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Centre College. Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Adams was an attorney with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC.

Adams’ honors include being named to the prestigious list of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend magazine (2012-13) and to the Rising Stars list of Georgia Super Lawyers magazine (2010-12). He is a graduate of Leadership Georgia (2010) and serves on the State Bar’s Ethics and Professionalism Committee (2008-2014). Most recently, he was named to the 2014 “40 Under 40” list of the University of Georgia Alumni Association.
