LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC, is listed among the “Top Trademark Firms” in the United States in the May 2012 issue of Intellectual Property Today magazine.

Intellectual Property Today, a national monthly magazine focusing on legal issues in patent, trademark and copyright law, ranked the firms based on the number of trademark registrations issued in the past year where the firm is listed as the legal representative on the registration.

Stites & Harbison ranked 32nd, placing the firm within the top 23% of all law firms surveyed for the “Top Trademark Firms” list. Over the last three years of data (2009-2011), Stites & Harbison placed 27th among all U.S. firms in the average number of trademarks registered.
