LOUISVILLE, Ky.—The Speed Art Museum recently elected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Ozair Shariff to serve on its Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Prior to his election as a trustee he served on the museum’s Board of Governors.
Shariff is an attorney with Stites & Harbison based in the Louisville, Ky., office. He is a member of the Health Care Service Group, where his practice is devoted to a wide range of issues affecting health care providers. He focuses on regulatory, compliance, privacy and data security, physician contracting, antitrust, and general transactional matters. He has appeared on behalf of health care clients in numerous administrative hearings.

Shariff’s civic and professional leadership roles are numerous. Within the Louisville Bar Association, he is co-chair of the Health Law Section. He is a board member of both the Muhammad Ali Center and Doctors & Lawyers for Kids. He is also a member of Falls of the Ohio Foundation Community Leadership Council and a member at large of Indiana University’s Alumni Association Executive Council. Within Stites & Harbison, he is a member of the Diversity and Louisville Office Recruiting Committees.
