Kentuckians for Better Transportation appoint Steven Henderson to Board of Directors

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Kentuckians for Better Transportation (KBT) recently appointed Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Steven Henderson to its Board of Directors through January of 2019.
KBT is a statewide transportation association established in 1977 with a mission to educate and advocate for all modes of transportation in order to provide a safe, sustainable transportation network that fosters economic growth in Kentucky. The KBT Board of Directors hosts quarterly meetings to discuss pertinent issues that impact Kentucky’s transportation network.
Henderson is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in Louisville and is a member of the firm’s Construction Service Group. As a registered professional engineer and attorney, Henderson represents owners, contractors and design professionals in all aspects of the construction and design process. He successfully litigates cases in state and federal courts, and regularly manages the resolution of disputes for clients. Having spent time working as an engineer with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet prior to becoming an attorney, Henderson continues to maintain in-depth knowledge of the multiple demands placed on owners, design professionals and contractors involved in complex transportation projects.
