Jones will be a co-presenter on "The Anatomy of a Differing Site Conditions Claim," to be held June 2nd at 2:45 p.m. Zach is a member of the firm's Construction Service Group where he devotes his practice to serving the construction industry and companies that do business with municipalities, states, and the federal government. He is admitted to practice law in both Tennessee and Kentucky, and he splits his time between the Stites & Harbison Nashville and Louisville offices.
