Before joining the firm, John was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Jon A. York (2020-21) and the Hon. J. Daniel Breen (2019-20), with the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
John is a Nashville native and has lived in all three Grand Divisions of Tennessee. He enjoys attending sporting events, specifically Vols, Titans, and Predators games, kayaking and canoeing, fishing, gardening, woodworking, and playing tennis and golf, although he is not very good at the latter. John and his wife, Whitney, attend The Hills Church in Bellevue and have a goldendoodle named Lady.
