Corporate Associate* - Louisville office

Stites & Harbison’s Business & Finance Service Group has an opening for an associate with 1-5 years’ experience to join the firm’s Louisville office.

The position will involve a broad range of corporate and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and financing transactions, and advising clients on complex matters across industries.

The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent writing, negotiation and communication skills.

Patent Associate* - Louisville office

Our Louisville office has an opening for an entry-level patent associate in our Intellectual Property and Technology Service Group. Attorneys with one to three years of experience will also be considered.

The successful candidate will have a technical background, already taken the patent bar, and possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
