Chuck Waters is a member of the Real Estate & Banking Service Group in our Atlanta office where his practice focuses on the representation of local and national banks and other financial institutions in commercial real estate transactions, loan workouts, property disposition, and other commercial lending matters.

Dick Stephens is a Member of firm and based in the Atlanta office where his practice focuses on real estate and banking law and he is a member of the Real Estate & Banking Service Group.

Matt Mashburn's practice is focused on commercial real estate lending, sales and transfers, banking, commercial real estate litigation, creditor's rights, foreclosure, confirmation actions and landlord and tenant law.  He has performed foreclosures and evictions for over twenty years and frequently holds seminars and workshops for his lender clients on those topics. 

Ron Stay is a Senior Attorney based in the firm's Atlanta office where his practice focuses on representing institutional lenders and businesses in litigation related to contracts, foreclosures, workouts, and bankruptcy. 

Allen Bradley is a member of the Business & Corporate Services Group, the Health Care Service Group and the Sustainability & Emerging Technologies Practice Group.
