LEXINGTON, Ky.—Stites & Harbison welcomes attorney Chrisandrea L. Turner to the Lexington, Ky., office. Turner joins the firm as counsel and is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group.
Her practice focuses on the representation of claimants in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, lender representation in state and bankruptcy matters, and bankruptcy mediation. She has over ten years of experience representing Chapter 7 Trustees, defending adversaries, and procuring claim payments for secured and unsecured creditors as well as administrative claimants.
Turner earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1998, where she graduated Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 1994.
She is a member of the American, Kentucky and Fayette County Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Women Lawyers Association. Turner is admitted to practice in Kentucky.
