Stites & Harbison joins a national green cause: ABA-EPA Law Office Climate Challenge
Firm is first participant in Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC, has joined the ABA-EPA Law Office Climate Challenge, a unique national conservation initiative targeting law firms. At this time, no other law firm with a presence in Kentucky, Tennessee or Indiana is participating in this conservation initiative.
The ABA-EPA Law Office Climate Challenge was created in March 2007 by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy and Resources (SEER) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and co-sponsored by the ABA Law Practice Management Section. The goal of this two-year pilot program is to reduce paper waste and increase energy conservation. Law offices can participate in four programs: 1) utilize best practices for office paper management, 2) participate in the EPA WasteWise Program, 3) purchase renewable energy via the EPA Green Power Partnership Program and 4) reduce energy use by 10% via the ENERGY STAR Program. Stites & Harbison is participating in best practices for office paper management.
