Stites & Harbison, PLLC

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind.—The Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association has certified attorney Robert W. Lanum of Stites & Harbison's Jeffersonville, Ind., office as an Indiana Estate Planning and Administration Specialist.

Mr. Lanum is of counsel with Stites & Harbison and is the former executive partner in charge of the Jeffersonville, Ind., office.  He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.  Currently his practice focus includes corporate, trusts, estates and tax law.

The Estate Planning and Administration Specialty certification was first awarded in 2007 to Indiana attorneys who passed all the requirements set up by the Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association.  Lanum passed all requirements in 2007 and was issued the certification in April 2008.
