Two attorneys join Stites & Harbison in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Aug. 21, 2007)—Stites & Harbison, PLLC, announced the arrival of Robert E. Scully, Jr. and Emily Harwood Smith to the Alexandria, Va., office.

Robert E. Scully is a member of the firm and a member of the Business Litigation Service Group.  His practice focuses on business, construction and intellectual property litigation.  He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Villanova University School of Law.  Scully is listed in Best Lawyers in America®, Virginia Super Lawyers, the Virginia Business Magazine's "Legal Elite" and AV® Peer Review Rated in the current Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory®.  "CV, BV and AV are registered certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies."

Emily H. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
