Two new attorneys join Stites & Harbison in Atlanta

ATLANTA (Nov. 14, 2006)—Stites & Harbison announced today Robert H. Turner III and Charles B. Waters, Jr. joined the firm Atlanta office.

Robert H. Turner III joined Stites & Harbison as an associate.  He is a member of the Real Estate & Banking Service Group with a practice focus of capital markets lending.  He graduated from Seattle University School of Law, Seattle, Wa., in 1998, where he was a member of the Law Review.  Prior to joining the firm, Turner was a senior associate with Gambrell & Stolz in Atlanta from 2004 to 2006.  He is admitted to practice in Washington and Georgia

Charles B. Waters, Jr. joined Stites & Harbison as counsel.  He is a member of the Real Estate Service Group with a practice focus of capital markets lending.  Prior to joining the firm, Waters was an associate from 1994 to 2000 and a partner from 2000 to 2006 with Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C. in Atlanta, serving as the firm's East Cobb office managing attorney from 2002 to 2006.  He is admitted to practice in Georgia.
