Katherine Allen elected to the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 13, 2006)—Stites & Harbison announced today that Katherine Allen of the Nashville office was elected to the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL).
The ACCFL was founded by lawyers active in the Commercial Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. The membership is limited to commercial finance lawyers, jurists and academics who have achieved preeminence in the field of commercial finance law and have contributed greatly to the education of others in commercial finance law through teaching, lecturing or published writings.
Allen is a transactional attorney with extensive experience in commercial financial services, creditors' rights and commercial transactions. She focuses on structuring, negotiating and documenting complex financial arrangements, both before and after bankruptcy, with borrowers, lenders, syndicated lenders, buyers, sellers, trade vendors, shareholders and competing creditors.
