NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 28, 2006)—Julian Bibb of the Nashville office was named "Member of the Year" by the Williamson County-Franklin Chamber of Commerce at their annual membership banquet held on Tuesday March 21, 2006.  Bibb was given the award for his frequent consulting and contributing to the Chamber, including holding a seat on the Board of Directors.

Bibb's practice centers largely on banking and includes various credit facilities.  Among these are the documentation of syndicated credit facilities, agent-administered loans, multi-currency borrowings, asset-based loans, real estate financing, non-profit and charitable institution credit facilities and the extension of credit to varied types of businesses.

In addition to the Chamber of Commerce, Bibb serves on the board of directors of Leadership Franklin, an organization he helped co-found.  He's also a board member of New Hope Academy, Transportation Management Association and Williamson County Medical Foundation.  Bibb is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and was named to the Nashville Business Journal's Best of the Bar in 2005.
