NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Aug. 11, 2005)—The law firm of Stites & Harbison announced today that five of the firm's attorneys have been honored by the Nashville Business Journal as Best of the Bar for 2005.

Stites & Harbison's Best of the Bar honorees for 2005 include:

Julian Bibb (Banking/Finance and Commercial Real Estate)
Mr. Bibb is a Member of the firm.  His practice focuses primarily on banking and includes various credit facilities.  Among these are the documentation of syndicated credit facilities, agent-administered loans, multi-currency borrowings, synthetic lease transactions, asset-based loans, real estate financing, non-profit and charitable institution credit facilities, and the extension of credit to varied types of businesses.

Jeff King (Commercial Real Estate)
Mr. King is a Member of the firm.  His practice focuses on real estate, zoning, planning and land use, commercial transactions and banking.

Stuart Campbell (Corporate and Securities)
Mr. Campbell is a Member of the firm.  His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt, mezzanine and equity financing, asset and stock acquisitions and sales, corporate business transactions, tax-free financing and healthcare financing transactions.

Mabel Arroyo (Immigration)
Ms. Arroyo is Counsel with the firm.  Her practice concentrates on immigration law with emphasis on business and employment immigration. 

Jim Martin III (Litigation)
Mr. Martin is a Member of the firm.  His practice focuses on domestic relations cases (divorce, child custody, interstate custody disputes, child support and similar matters).
