Shannon Hamilton is a Member in the firm's Louisville office where she is a seasoned litigator and counselor on complex employment law issues. She has lead trial counsel experience in employment litigation and has tried numerous employment cases to verdict.

"D" Holloway is a member of the firm's Employment Law Service Group and is also an affiliated member of the Business Litigation Service Group and Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group.  D represents employers in the defense of a variety of state and federal civil suits including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and common-law tort claims related to employment. 

Karen Paulin is an Associate in the firm's Louisville office where she is a member of the Employment Law Service Group.  She also actively participates with the Health Care and Business Litigation Service Groups.
