New chairman prepares to take over at Stites & Harbison

For the first time in 15 years, Louisville law firm Stites & Harbison, PLLC, is getting a new chairman.
Kenneth R. Sagan began his law career in 1983 with a predecessor firm, Stites, McElwain and Fowler. Now a mergers-and-acquisitions and finance attorney in the firm's Lexington office, he will succeed Kennedy Helm III as chairman in mid-January.
