  • Successfully asserted a design-builder's seven-figure claim for professional negligence against an engineering and testing firm.  The client achieved a favorable settlement following favorable pre-trial rulings and mediation.
  • Represented concrete subcontractor in $1 million dispute with general contractor and suppliers on hospital construction project in Macon, Georgia.
