- Successfully represented a national mortgage loan company before the Kentucky Supreme Court in challenging bar association rules preventing title companies from conducting real estate closings.

- Obtained city of Brentwood, Tenn., approval for first "Innovative Project" residential development, including townhomes, boulevard homes and hilltop estates.
- Represents the Louisville Metro Housing Authority on property acquisitions and zoning matters in the redevelopment of the Clarksdale neighborhood in Louisville.
- Lead attorney representing the Louisville Metro Housing Authority in the award winning $200 million HOPE VI Park DuValle Revitalization and the Clarksdale HOPE VI Revitalization.
- Lead real estate counsel to the Louisville Regional Airport Authority in the Heritage Creek Innovative Housing Program.
