  • Represented University of Louisville and University of Louisville Hospital on their formation and licensing of a captive insurer and conversion of the captive into a reciprocal insurer.
  • Recently successfully tried major cases on behalf of American Physicians Assurance, HEALTHSOUTH, BellSouth Telecommunications, OUM & Associates, The Trover Clinic and the YMCA of Greater Louisville.
  • Represents a Delaware company based in Tennessee in its acquisition and development of renal dialysis clinics.
  • Obtained favorable settlement for client in litigation alleging lead poisoning of child.
  • Obtained summary judgment for a HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital on allegations of improper administration of medications.
