- Represented University of Louisville and University of Louisville Hospital on their formation and licensing of a captive insurer and conversion of the captive into a reciprocal insurer.

- Represents a Delaware company based in Tennessee in its acquisition and development of renal dialysis clinics.
- Obtained favorable settlement for client in litigation alleging lead poisoning of child.
- Obtained summary judgment for a HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital on allegations of improper administration of medications.
