Seminar overview

This seminar will cover whether and how employers can discipline employees who use social media to make negative comments about the company or other employees.  We will discuss the various laws that need to be considered by both union and non-union employers in determing how to address social media issues that may arise with your employees.

What to expect

Thirsty Thursdays are networking events which take place the fourth Thursday of every month from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on the 20th floor of Stites & Harbison's Louisville office.  The program starts off with a half-hour of networking, with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a short presentation and more networking.
