Many hospitals and healthcare facility owners have discovered that "going green" can reduce their energy costs, create environments that are less prone to the spread of infection, and are good for the environment. This spring, the U.S. Green Building Council and the Green Building Certification Institute rolled out a new LEED rating system that addresses the unique needs of healthcare facilities ... LEED Healthcare.
