Seminar overview

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a tool that can be used by architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to design and construct a building using a 3-D or 4-D model rather than using 2-D plans on paper.  The use of BIM is a growing trend in the construction industry.  This seminar will provide an overview on some of the practical applications of BIM, the benefits of BIM, and the challenges (both legal and otherwise) of using BIM.
