Seminar Overview:

When capital is scarce, business owners and entrepreneurs must be creative and seek financing which is unconventional or innovative.  The EB-5 VISA Program, administrered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, provides visas for foreign nationals who invest in new commercial enterprises that benefit the U.S. economy and create at least 10 full-time jobs.  This seminar will provide attendees a general overview of the EB-VISA Program.  It will address:

  • the general rules of the program
  • a general understnading of the immigration process associated with the program
  • the workings of regional centers, and
  • how to go about attracting investors.
