Are exports the way to go for U.S. companies?  Can an Interest Charge-Domestic International Sales Corporation (IC-DISC) make your company's exports more profitable?  Exporting products and services of U.S. companies has continually increased over the last decade, offering opportunities to expand your business, however, export costs can be higher.  To improve bottom line profitability, take advantage of the only remaining U.S. tax incentive by using an IC-DISC.

Who should attend?  If you have sales outside of the U.S. where more than 50% of the products and services costs are from U.S. sources, you could be eligible for this U.S. tax export incentive.

The tax incentive can potentially save 20% in federal tax.  In addition, there may be a state tax savings.  Our presenters will explain:

  • Tax benefits and structure of establishing an IC-DISC
  • How to meet requirements
  • How to maximize this unique tax incentive for your gain

Door Prize: One lucky company will win an IC-DISC Services Package from Stites & Harbison and MCM (up to $4,000 value) which will include:

  • Establishment of a Delaware entity, which will elect to be treated as an IC-DISC
  • Preparation of required documents (Certificate of Incorporation, By-Laws and Commission Agreement)
  • Federal and State registrations and elections (excluding registration and processing fees)

Reserve your seat now to learn how to maximize your tax savings and earn One CPE Credit!
