The Healey Building, one of Atlanta's finest early skyscrapers, is being restored and converted to a mixed-use facility. The building will house residential condominiums, office space and commercial and retail space.
The Healey Building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1997 and is a designated property under the City of Atlanta's Historic Preservation Ordinance.
