Atlanta Motorsports Park, Atlanta

Atlanta Motorsports Park, LLC, closed on a 153-acre site in Dawsonville, Georgia, for its new, private club for motorsports enthusiats.  The park will feature a world-class driving course and a number of amenities for members and their guests.  The project will also be an asset to the community by providing defensive driving education and a testing area for emergency vehicles.  Development of the motorsports park will be financed in part with the proceeds of a Reg. D securities offering and mortgage financing.

Richard Flexner and Allen Bradley represent the park with regard to the securities offering as well as the organizational and financial elements of the project.
