Eastpoint Business Center, Louisville

A team of Stites & Harbison's real estate lawyers, led by Fred Joseph, have assisted Eastpoint Business Center (http://www.scgault.com/Eastpoint_page.htm), a 600-acre business park located in Eastern Jefferson County, Ky. The park has over $100 million dollars worth of facilities and employs over 3,000 people.

The renovation of the Center's sales and marketing office won the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Ida Willis Historic Preservation Award and, in 2000, the center won the Jefferson County Planning Commission's 20/20 Suburban Workplace Award.
