Dan Douglass has significant experience handling complex construction disputes involving multiple parties and expert consultants. One such dispute centered on a 60-story office tower and adjoining retail mall, another a $175 million commercial project in Philadelphia. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners, design professionals and sureties on public and private construction projects throughout the United States. Mr. Douglass is listed in the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Georgia Super Lawyers magazine and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® (2009-2012) for Construction Law and Construction Litigation.
