Greg Davis has been with Stites & Harbison since 1995. Mr. Davis is a transactional lawyer focusing on mergers, acquisitions, securities registration and general corporate planning. He also has significant experience with all areas of law affecting special taxing districts in Kentucky.
Mr. Davis' M&A experience started with representation of a public company pursuing a "rollup" growth strategy and includes diverse transactions involving the sale of portfolio companies by private equity firms, the sale of companies owned by ESOPs, the purchase and sale of assets by non-profit corporations, the purchase and sale of operating divisions of public and private companies and the sale of commercial loan portfolios in securitization transactions. He has participated in initial public offerings and other public and private securities offerings for both issuers and underwriters alike.

He spends most of his spare time with his three small children, loves supporting University of Kentucky football and basketball and goes fishing whenever possible.
