Brian Cromer's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, international law, commercial and real estate law, venture capital and general corporate matters. Brian advises clients regularly on complex business transactions, corporate governance issues and other business matters, and he has been involved in a large number of merger and acquisition transactions for public and private companies. Brian is a member of the firm's Management Committee and the Service Group Leader for the firm's Business & Corporate Services Group in Louisville. He is listed in Chambers USA as one of "America's Leading Lawyers for Business." Brian is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America® (2006-12) for Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Law in 2012 and in Kentucky Super Lawyers magazine (2007-11) where he is listed among the Top 50 Attorneys in the State (2010) .

Before attending law school, Brian worked as a commercial banking officer for a major financial institution.
More than Stites & Harbison
Brian is a member of the Board of Directors of The Cabbage Patch, a non-profit organization that helps at-risk children and families. He is a member of the Steering Committee of 21st Century Parks, a non-profit organization that is acquiring, preserving and developing up to 4,000 acres of parkland in Metro Louisville. Brian is the President of Harmony Landing Country Club. He is a former Chair and Vice Chair of the Business Law Section of the Louisville Bar Association, and a former board member of the Kentuckiana Minority Business Council. Brian is also a graduate of the 2006 class of Leadership Louisville.

Brian enjoys thoroughbred horse racing, golf and coaching youth sports.
