Brian is an Associate in the Louisville office, where he is a member of the Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group.
Brian’s practice focuses on lender liability matters, commercial and residential foreclosures, commercial litigation, title insurance issues, commercial and residential real estate issues, and state and federal regulation of settlement service providers.

Brian, a Louisville native, received both his Bachelors and J.D. from the University of Louisville. He participated in the firm’s summer associate program in 2009 and also clerked with the firm during his final semester of law school, spring 2011.
More Than Stites & Harbison
Outside of the firm, Brian is active in the surrounding community. He is a volunteer Big Brother for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Kentuckiana, a member of the Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL), a board member on the Friends of Frazier Alumni Council, and an alumnus advisor for the Sigma Chi Fraternity at the University of Louisville.

Brian enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid runner & cyclist. He is a lifelong fan and supporter of the University of Louisville.
