Before Stites & Harbison
Prior to joining the firm, Joe practiced law with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York where he worked with public companies, financial institutions and private equity clients. While there, he represented a client in its $3.1 billion acquisition of 118 independent and assisted living communities and another client in its $1.4 billion acquisition. He also represented borrowers in public securities offerings and private placement of senior notes, as well as underwriters in public securities offerings.
