Eric Wright is the Leader of the USITC and Trade & USCBP practice sub-groups for Stites & Harbison, PLLC. Mr. Wright practices ITC, patent and trademark litigation at the District Court and Appellate levels. He also represents clients before US CBP and resolves international trade issues. Mr. Wright has an extensive patent law practice engaging in drafting patentability, validity, clearance and infringement opinions, as well as resolving product development, commercialization and trade issues. He has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications world-wide and drafted many new patent applications in a broad variety of technological arts. Mr. Wright’s prosecution practice focuses on core technologies and the protection of commercial products in competitive markets.
