Stuart has a broad corporate practice focused on corporate, private equity and leveraged acquisition transactions, and leveraged finance transactions and secured credit facilities, including cash-flow and asset-based financings.  Stuart has significant experience in acquisition financings, first and second lien facilities, mezzanine financings and project financings.  He represents a variety of clients, including corporate and business entities, private equity funds, senior lenders and mezzanine lenders.  Stuart's corporate practice involves counseling on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including start-up ventures and shareholder disputes.

Stuart formerly served as the Nashville office's Executive Member and is currently serving on the firm's Management Committee.

Stuart has lectured at numerous seminars and professional education programs on a range of issues involving corporate business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and financings.
