Walker Entwistle is an Associate in the firm's Atlanta office and is a member of the Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group.  While a majority of his practice focus is in the representation of institutional lenders in all areas of creditors' rights, including bankruptcy, litigation and workouts. Walker also has experience representing clients in real estate matters, real estate finance, corporate finance and general corporate matters.

Recent Assignments

  • Represented lenders in A/B note restructuring of large commercial loans
  • Represented loss-share lenders and servicers in pursuing and collecting defaulted commercial loans
  • Represented national lenders in the sale of commercial loans, including a $20,000,000 warehouse loan secured by real property in twelve states
  • Represented lenders in multi-state forbearance and restructure of commercial loans
  • Represented institutional lenders in work-outs of multi-million dollar credit facilities

In the summer of 2006, Walker served as a summer clerk for the Hon. Boyce F. Martin, Jr., United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In 2005, he was a summer intern for Brown-Forman's in-house legal department.
