Allen Bradley is a Member of the firm based in the Atlanta office. He is a member of the Business & Corporate Services Group, the Health Care Service Group and the Sustainability & Emerging Technologies Practice Group. His practice focuses on corporate and technology law (emerging company representation); corporate finance and securities; corporate tax; mergers and acquisitions; executive and other non-qualified compensation; and corporate and individual real estate (1031 exchanges). He also represents clients in the healthcare and hospitality industries.
With regard to renewable energy and sustainability initiatives, Mr. Bradley is a member of the Public Policy & Incentives Working Group of the Georgia Solar Energy Association. Additional, Mr. Bradley has assisted clients with obtaining federal and state grants and other subsidies with regard to renewable energy projects.

Before Stites & Harbison
Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Mr. Bradley worked in the Atlanta legal community. He was a Partner at Foltz Martin, LLC, and Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis, LLP. Before that he was vice president and general counsel for Shepherd Systems, Inc., practicing in the areas of general corporate and tax law, executive and other non-qualified compensation, intellectual property licensing and portfolio management.

Mr. Bradley is listed in Georgia Trend's Legal Elite for the practice areas of Taxes, Estates & Trusts and Corporate Law. Outside the firm, Mr. Bradley is a board member of Freedom Park Conservancy, a volunteer organization whose mission is to promote and maintain Freedom Park in Atlanta.

Allen is chairman of the Troop Committee of an Atlanta Boy Scout Troop, and an avid canoeist and sea kayaker.
