  • Represented lenders, equity investors, and developers in low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credit financings
  • Acted as primary counsel to numerous banks in connection with acquisition and construction credit facilities secured by assets in Kentucky and/or multiple other states
  • Represented various financial institutions in connection with credit restructurings involving troubled assets and bankrupt debtors
  • Assisted with the representation of lenders and borrowers in multi-million dollar permanent market CMBS loans secured by multi-state assets
  • Assisted clients with real estate issues arising out of merger and acquisition transactions
  • Represented multiple tenants and landlords in retail and office lease negotiations
  • Represented numerous private equity firms and national developers in connection with Kentucky real estate issues
