Bobby Vice is an Associate in the firm's Louisville office where he is a member of the Real Estate and Banking Group and the Sustainable and Emerging Technologies Group. Bobby is a LEED Accredited Professional and a 2010 graduate of Leadership Louisville's Bingham Fellows Program.

- Represented lenders, equity investors, and developers in low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credit financings
- Acted as primary counsel to numerous banks in connection with acquisition and construction credit facilities secured by assets in Kentucky and/or multiple other states
- Represented various financial institutions in connection with credit restructurings involving troubled assets and bankrupt debtors
- Assisted with the representation of lenders and borrowers in multi-million dollar permanent market CMBS loans secured by multi-state assets
- Assisted clients with real estate issues arising out of merger and acquisition transactions
- Represented multiple tenants and landlords in retail and office lease negotiations
- Represented numerous private equity firms and national developers in connection with Kentucky real estate issues
