Dominick Moore joined the firm's Louisville office in September 2005 and is now located in the Atlanta office. He is a transactional lawyer focusing on business law, securities and finance, and general corporate law.
Recent Assignments
- Assist with representation of a multinational lender, as loan seller's counsel, in connection with its securitization of fixed rated commercial mortgage loans in the amount of approximately $30 billion
- Assist with the general representation, which included various rounds of investor financing valued at approximately $90 million, of a Cayman Islands holding company with operations in China and Kentucky
- Managed corporate and transaction due diligence review in connection with a multi-billion healthcare facilities merger
- Support for legal team in connection with the general representation of a company focused on wind energy solutions
- Assisted with the corporate reorganization, including various interstate and intrastate mergers and acquisitions, of a former publicly-held company valued at $400 million

Before Stites & Harbison
While completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville, College of Business and Public Administration, Dominick served as an intern in South Carolina's Governor's office. In law school, he was President of the Black Law Students Association at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville and served as an intern for the Honorable Ann O'Malley Shake, Jefferson Circuit Court, Division 13.

Dominick is on the board of directors of The Edge Connection, a not-for-profit that offers information on microenterprise, small business training, financial literacy, entrepreneurial focused technology training and entrepreneurial support services.
