Bill Ferrell is a Registered Patent Attorney and an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology Service Group where his practice primarily focuses on patent litigation. Bill also focuses on other patent-related aspects of intellectual property, including: trademark and copyright litigation, patent drafting; patent prosecution; and counseling clients on validity and patentability.
