Sandra Ratterman was instrumental in establishing the firm's training department to help develop and retain the firm's most valuable assets—its people. She has over 20 years experience in Training and Development. Sandra has a laundry list of credentials behind her desire to see the firm and its individuals succeed. Among them are the development of Stites University, design of custom training materials, development of testing and evaluation procedures to identify skill gaps, classroom facilitation, team building, continuing education programs and process improvement.

Sandra loves to travel. She is an avid boater and loves cruising the Caribbean.
