Michele Whittington's practice focuses on property taxation and administrative law. She has represented a significant number of property owners in challenging real and personal property tax assessments before the Kentucky Department of Revenue, Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals and various state courts.
Michele also represents coal mining and surety clients in regulatory matters before state and federal administrative authorities.
Michele is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® (2009-2012) in the category of Administrative / Regulatory Law for 2012.
