Ronn Steen is based in the firm's Nashville office, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation and creditors' rights and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group. He regularly represents creditors in both consumer and large corporate bankruptcies.

Ronn advises clients who are contemplating bankruptcy on issues including the protection of assets. He also provides counsel to client creditors on handling a debtor that is considering bankruptcy protection.
