Ron Stay is a Senior Attorney based in the firm's Atlanta office where his practice focuses on representing institutional lenders and businesses in litigation related to contracts, foreclosures, workouts, and bankruptcy. He is a member of the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Service Group. He is also a member of the firm's Sustainability and Emerging Technologies Law Group and is a LEED Green Associate. Ron was an auditor and staff accountant for Ernst & Young and The Home Depot USA prior to attending law school. Prior to Stites & Harbison, he practiced with two commercial litigation firms.
More Than Stites & Harbison
Ron is a past president of the Georgia State University College of Law Graduate Leadership Council. He also served as outside counsel for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Atlanta Chapter.
