Ron Stay is an Associate based in the firm's Atlanta office where his practice focuses on construction law and commercial litigation. He is also a member of the firm's Green Law Group and is a LEED Green Associate.  He joined the firm in December 2001.

Recent Assignments

  • Represented a contractor pursuing multi-million dollar claims on a federal government construction project in Georgia
  • Defended medical discount card provider in nationwide class action case seeking over $20 million in damages
  • Represented shopping center developer in litigation arising from termination of defaulting contractor in major renovation project
  • Represented residential developer in drafting and negotiating construction agreements for several mid-rise residential projects
