Community Involvement
Ken Sagan is Chairman of the Firm and is based in the Lexington office. He practices business law with concentrations in mergers and acquisitions and finance.
Mr. Sagan has handled a large number of business financing and capital transactions.
Recent Assignments
- Led the closing team of over 20 lawyers and paralegals from five law firms and companies in the liquidation sale of approximately $1 billion of assets of a major life insurance company
- Representation of the Lexington Legends, a minor league baseball team, in various transactions including stadium financing and franchise sale

Mr. Sagan is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and Kentucky Super Lawyers. He serves on the Executive Committee and as General Counsel of Commerce Lexington. He also serves on the Board of the Lexington Rotary Club Endowment Fund and on the Board of Lexington Strides Ahead Foundation, Inc. He is a former Board member of Girl Scouts - Wilderness Road Council and Cross Roads (newspaper of the Catholic Diocese of Lexington).
